Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, you can reset it through the following process:

Password Recovery Process

Step 1: Encrypt Your New Password

Find any SHA256 encryption tool and encrypt your new password.

Example: The password hello will be encrypted as 2cf24dba5fb0a30e26e83b2ac5b9e29e1b161e5c1fa7425e73043362938b9824

Step 2: Send Recovery Email

Send an email to [email protected] using your registered email address.

Step 3: Email Content

Include the following information in your email:

• New Password: <your-sha256-encrypted-password>
• Registered Email: <[email protected]>

Important Notes

• The email address you send from must be the same as your registered email address
• We will manually process your password reset request
• You will receive an email notification once the password has been successfully updated
